I woke up this morning feeling depressed and I did the following:
  1. Made a cup of tea.
  2. Ate two shortbread buiscuits.
  3. Had a shower.
  4. Went to the doctors to have blood extracted.
  5. Came home.
  6. Checked my email.
  7. Wrote an email.
  8. Done some assignment work.
  9. Ate a bowel of porrige.
  10. Did some more assignment work.
  11. Posted some pointless posts on VBF.
  12. Did some more assignmetn work.
  13. Went to the dentist to have some teeth filled.
  14. Came home and undone all the dentist work by eating a large bar of chocolate and a pack of fruit gums.
  15. Went on line and wrote this.
And do you know what? I still feel depressed
