 System.Configuration.ConfigurationSettings.AppSettings In Library?
I wanted to create a .Config file for my Library because all of teh settings are library relevant and not application relevant.
If i try to grab the Configuration Settings in the Library's config this pulls it from the host applications config file.
Anyone else noticed this?
Is the only solution to create my own Config parser?

Tips:

- Allways Include the Name and Line of the Exception (if one is occuring!)
- If it is relevant state the version of Visual Studio/.Net Framwork you are using (2002/2003/2005)
