add progress bar to download files

i used the search function because i wanted a script
to download a file and i found this

my nect question is i want to add a progress bar but the one i found wxas working on a timer but i wanted the progress bar to see how many kb is left to download

so how can i see how far the progress to download the file is

can some one help me please
