Does anyone know how to create an instance of outlook when the VB application is launched via the Task Scheduler on NT?

The error I currently receive is:

"Unable to perform the operation. The server is not available. Contact your administrator if this condition persists. Could not complete the operation because the service provider does not support it."

If I am not using task scheduler (and thus loged in) the application works fine.
