our company is using Oracle9i database.
Our company is dealing with computers.
if the price is changed we need to send an sms to our customers. the price should be from the oracle9i database.
so, is there any possible of connecting oracle9i database and send it thru sms.

we have visualstudio.net 2003 enterprise architect.
