Had to pay for the deck, I'm not real handy. Got the drill for small projects around the crib. It's a bit of an overkill, but I've had about 3 drills that were cheapies and lasted no more than a year a piece. Last one my mother in law bought me - it was a Singer, yes the sewing machine company.
