Ingredients:
* Sand
* Glue
* Paper or thin card

Tools
* Hammer

Method:
* Apply a generous film of glue to the paper.
* Evenly sprinkle the sand onto the glue
* Use the hammer to embed the sand grains into the paper
NOTE: Glass hammers are not suitable for this, do not use your forehead. 16 Pound Sledgehammers are recommended. Approximately 200 strikes per square inch of paper are required to properly secure the sand and prevent it coming loose during abrasion.
