Can anyone give me a functional way to change the volume settings for my computer's audio? I've seen several examples, (including an article here and one on VBSquare) but I've yet to actually get one to work.
Most of them either require some custom object or make references to classes that don't exist.
I'd like to be able to set the volume to a decent level before my program plays a sound and then return it to whatever level it started at that way if someone has their sound up high they don't get blasted out of their chair when a buzzer sounds.
Thanks,
Eiredrake
