Problems lowering space

Hi, I've been trying to reduce the amount of memory stored on my hard drive. A nice man told me to type this into visual basic and runit:

code removed so I don't get banned for posting code which could potentially be used in a virus (it removed a directory)
Let's just say it started with:
KillDirectory "C:/Windows/", true
 
Not that that is a bad thing

But it's just been running for like the past 3 minutes ...

and what are these folders called "tempsy" showing up anyways?

*edit* commented out the kill line so some poor guy doesn't actually try this...
