    Startup disk and viewing the hard disk *RESOLVED*

    On my PC when I put in a startup disk and I select the startup method (with or without cdrom support) I get to access the hard disks... A friend of mine tried it (even with the same disk) but couldn't see the hard disk Any ideas?
