Alrighty.

Here in the US, Bacon is strips of greasy, fatty pork, about a half inch wide, and perhaps 6 inches to a foot long, best fried, served with eggs, scrambled, and hash brown potatoes.

In Canada, Bacon is completely different, being a disc shaped slice of ham, with rind, which can be fried or, I suppose, baked. Its pretty good in a sandwich consisting of fried egg, chedder cheese, and on an english muffin.

So, in your country, what is bacon, the US version, the Canadian type, or something even stranger than either, and how do you like it?
