i hope you will have a solution for this. we are devolping software systems using vb6 and crystal reports 4.6 that is shipped with the visual studio for free.

everything goes fine with our software, but with certain HP printers ( specially the new models ) . when the user opens a report and click the print (button). the printer dont respond.

it doesnt give an error message, no messages at all. although the printer works very fine on every other application on the same machine. and also our reports is printed without problems on any other printer!!!!

We have noticed this problem with only New HP models. ( such as Laser Jet 1200, Deskjet 3420C , Etc. )

we have tried to install newer drivers from the internet, but the problem stands still.

We are having problems with our clients for a reason we cannot locate.

Can anyone have any suggestions????
