I have a MDI form and the child mdi forms have main menus (as well as the parent mdi form)... each mdi child is a form that contains an image...
I've been working on my app for a while now and in my own terms it's pretty stable. Now when I open a new mdi child, the main menu just disappears, which doesn't make any sense to me whatsoever. I dont get any build errors and the menus are all there when the main application loads. It's just that whenever I add a mdi child the main menu goes away....

could this be because of windows? because I haven't done anything to my code that would possibly do this
