Help.. I ask this on the ASP Forum and got zero response. You guys might know. I think there are alot more people in the know on this forum.

Hey all I am a newbie to COM and ASP. I am hoping some one will clue me in on this.

I have a developer who is doing some report development using VB com and ASP. He is creating some neat reports however I want the login text boxes and parameters to exist in a frame that surrounds the report.

Another developer will do the task of creating the frame. What will I have to give this new developer? Can I simply supply him the names of the current text boxes that trigger events based on updates like in VB or do I need to have my current VB COM / ASP developer develop a master parameter / login asp and have the variables passed to the master parameter asp from the frame. If this is the way to handle this how about some specifics, like how to make those calls and submit those variables in a generic sense.
