When i boot a windows 2000 pro machine it says personal profile is not loaded? I tried safe mode...same thing happened. So then I tried ASR(automated system recovery)...same thing happened. I cant think of any thing else to do except ghost the pc. The only problem with ghosting is I would have to back up all of her (personal files) to a cd which requires me to put her hard drive into another pc. Is there something I can do about this "Personal Profile Is Not Found" message?

Windows 2000 says to boot right click My computer and go from there but it wont even let me log in. So what now?
