Hi,

When testing an ActiveX-based web app on a brand new W2K host, IE complains about COMCTL32.OCX not being registered. Including the copy I have on my dev host (6.0.81.5) in the CAB/INF doesn't solve the issue.

According to this article, distributing COMCTL32.OCX seems a bit more involved than just including an OCX :

If we have to run an EXE to install COMCTL32.OCX... how can this be done for web applications, ie. no SETUP.EXE available to set up a host?
