I built a setup package (setup.exe, .cab, etc.) using Visual Studio Package and Deployment Wizard. I tested it on my computer and it worked just fine. I took it to my client's this afternoon and a little way into the process it
failed, with message:

*** ERROR: Cannot spawn main setup program! (CreateProcess() returned error code 0x000000C1H)

It was apparently trying to spawn Setup1.exe, which is in the .cab file.

It is the same machine on which I successfully installed another VB6 program a few weeks ago.

Any ideas?
