I have win2k3 enterprise and this thing happens about 75% of the time: right after I close mspaint, the cpu usage goes to 100 and stays there, why? mspaint remains in the memory to give your cpu a good back massage. I dont understand the point of this downgrade though I wonder what microsoft's up to, seems like they messed up with ms paint
anyone has experienced this beautiful new feature of mspain in win2k3?
