I have a VB frontend to an Oracle database. It works well except when a user is trying to read a record that another user is updating. They get the message 'Record locked' until the record is released. I need to be able to tell them who is locking the record.I believe this info is stored in Oracle system tables - does anyone know how to retrieve it.
