    popupmemu without losing top line of form

    i want to have a popupmenu in form.
    everyting works OK except:
    When i make a menu using the menu editor, I cannot use the top most area of the form (since the 'hidden' popup is there)
    how can i have a popupmenu and still use all the form's area?
