    Question easy algebraic equation! Messing up somewhere!.:Resolved:.

    Hello everyone!
    what would this equation be simplified?
    Code:
    lim x->3   [[1/(x+1)]-1/4]/(x-3);
    i keep messing up some place!
    forget that it is a limit problem, and can you please show steps so I can see where i'm messing up at?
