Resize the form, Don't resize the command buttons - how to do?

Hi everyone,

I got a wonderful idea from Karl Moore at

to resize the form and the controls.

My problem is, i want the command buttons to remain in the same size, where as the other controls such as data grid changes the size.

How can I do that?

Your help is greatly wanted.
