i have MS Office 2000 and i know this sounds stupid but how do i get a navigation bar on the left of the main page? I click to add a frame and add a page but it opens in a new browser. also, i want it to stay there on the left when it switches to another site.

i could explain better but im really tired and new at this so ... if you know thats great but ask if you need more info
