This is absolutely a true story. My wife was at her running group and there's an old fella (John) there who is training up to do the marathon.
Anyway it transpires that last month one of this guys' friends went out on holiday to Spain...and on the last day of the holiday he passed away.
His body was brought back to Ireland and they had a wake. John was there and - falling across an awkward moment - said to his friends wife: "Well, he has a great colour on him"
"Oh indeed" says the wife of the deceased, "I think the holiday did him the power of good"...
