How to include a check box list in swing application and how to get the checked value into database??(Ms access )...

I'm using swing application, when click a button from the main page and go to the next page is ok. but when come back to the main page the button will be dissapear.then we need to minimize/maximize the screen to get back the buttons appear as it is..i dont know what is the problem..pls help me...
