Using Thai char's in ASP and MS SQL

Hi,

I have a table with english and Thai charecters in MS SQL.

I need to fetch the data and display to the user.

I have set the meta tag and the charecter set as UTF-8.

But when I open the record set and print it it prints ?????

Can anybody help me out...
