I am going to build a server for my HOME network and was wondering what is the best mobo for the job?

GIGABYTE GA-8INXP (SOCKET 478)

Code:
 SOCKET 478 CPU'S,
 CHIPSETt: i7205,
 (4) PC2100 DDR FOR UP TO 4GB RAM,
 (1) AGP 8X,
 (5) PCI, ATA-133,
 ATA-100,
 SERIAL-ATA,
 REALTEK AC97AUDIO W/ DIGITAL OUT,
INTEL GIGABIT 10/100/1000 LAN CHIP, 6 USB 2.0
OR

ASUS P4G8X-DX (SOCKET 478)

Code:
(P4G8X-DELUXE)(INTEL E7205) P4-478 533MHZ-HYPER THREADING TECHNOLOGY
 GIGABIT ETHERNET
 DUAL-CHANNEL DDR
 8X AGP
 IEEE 1394
 6 USB 2.0
 SERIAL-ATA (5PCI / 1AGP / 4 DDR / MAX 4.0GB)
The mother boards are quite similar except that the GIGABYTE has on-board sound but doesnt have Hyper Threading (does this really help) (the ASUS is $1 more)

i think im going to go with the GIGABYTE but want to be sure cuz they are almost $300 cdn
