Seeing an ASUS I-Panel for sale at a local computer-store, I was intrigued. The device had front audio, serial port, USB, temperature, and fan monitors. However, my hopes were shot down when I found out that it was only available for ASUS motherboards (why I had even thought otherwise now seems stupid to me). Anyway, now I'm in the market for something that I can attach in a 3.5" or 5.25" drive bay and connect to the IrDa connector on my motherboard (ABIT KD7-E, though I wouldn't think it would matter...).

Anyone know some good products? I don't want anything but the IrDa at the front... if it would be easier to make it myself, I will, but I would appreciate some feedback
