I am trying to develop a Browser-based (both IE and Netscape) ActiveX Plugin in VB which could be downloaded by the users. After much struggle I have figured out how to make the how to make the DLL. This DLL runs fine in Netscape, but since Microsoft is not supporting the Plugin concept anymore from version 5.5 onwards, i have had to tweak the registry settings to get my plugin execute in IE as well. However, i am not sure if this is the approach i have to take to register plugins for IE. is there anybody who knows how to register plugins for IE...
