I like to install .NET in my office computer. But my computer is hooked to a large network. I like to know if I install .NET in my computer, is there any way that network administrator may catch that I've installed .NET in my machine?
You may assume that network administrator will not come to see my machine. But he will monitor any signal sent from my computer's port. For example, I know that if I install SQL Server 2000 in my computer, it is possible to detect that it is installed by capturing signal from UDP port. Is there any such possibility for .NET as well?
Thanx![]()
