Invalid File Format Error When Creating EXE

I am using two active X controls, CommonDialog 6 and MS FlexGrid. The program complies, but will not produce an exe. When it goes to make the exe, an error occurs...."Invalid File Format".

Any Suggestions...

This is using VB 6.0.
