ADO Commandtimeout vs COM+ transaction timeout

Does COM+ transaction timeout overrides the ADO commandtimeout?

If ADO Commandtimeout is set to default = 30s and the COM+ transaction timeout is to 60s, does my applicaiton timeout in 30s?
