    EventVB (lite) - Subclassing helper system

    I've had to hack loads out to get under the 100kb bar but anyway - attached is a cut down version of EventVB code for use in subclassing. Exposes the various windows messages not used by VB as new events...and has several hundred API calls and constants as well.
