Since you deal with Excel, I have some Q's for you:

1- How do I triger an event when the user press's Print/Preview? The reason is: I have an input box that will take the users name and place it in the right header.
2- How do i control a cell location. This cell would have a Grand total of a range that would change row Numbers from time to time.
