I hate it when I'm playing a game like CS and some idiot sends me 45 messages, so I minimize my game to see who it is... but with games like CS, you lose your sound when you maximize... Is there a way that while I'm playing a game, I put a small app to run in the background. I want this app to check who's sending me messages, if it's one of the people I want to talk to, It will minimize my game and give me an alert, but if it's someone I DON'T want to talk to, it will just do nothing. If this is possible (and I'm pretty sure it is) how do I start?
