i am using vb6 along with crystal report 4.6 that is shipped with visual studio 97.


Lately i have faced very unusuall problem in printing the reports on client machines.

When they upgraded their printers from Parallel port printer (HP690) to USB port Printer ( Samsung Laser Printer ) . A Fatal exceptions appeared every time they print a report .

I have installed windows several times , also changed the printer and tried HP 845c (USB Port ) but still no solutions.

Anyone have suggestions that i can try
