xp system tray baloons *resolved*
does anyone here have a clue on how to do those little yellow ballons above an icon i put in the system tray, like when you connect to the internet or when there are updates to download or install... please help!

Damn UComics! It was probably unprofitable for them to allow us to just download Garfield and Calving & Hobes strips... so they made folder indexing unallowed on their server!!!
