The past two days I've done a lot of searching on this BBS and across the net. My project was due on Friday. Hopefully you can help me with this.

I had problems with the standard VS installer that ships with VB 6. I read here about Visual Installer. I've used it to create an installation.

However, I get the error message that so many of you have (I know because I've read about them), ActiveX control Cannot create object.

This is due to no dependency information for the Snapshot Viewer. The ocx is registered. When the form that had the control on it didn't work. I first did an unregsvr32, and that worked, then I re-registered it.

I'm trying to figuire out how to create the dependency information needed for Visual Installer, and thus the Snapshot Viewer.

Please help. I will be checking back all night. I won't sleep until I get this figuired out.
