how ya

This question has been answered 4 me b4, but i have totally lost the post for it.

How can i check if the input in a text box is only the chars between A-Z [ABCDEFG ETC] 0-1 [01234 ETC] _ [Underscore] and - [Hyphen]?

If theres a space in the input, a . [dot] or stuff like that, it will return a message box / return a false statement / etc
