I want to create a menu system that would behave in a similar manner as the Toolbox form, i.e. when I reduce the width of the form the caption for "Radio Button" becomes "Radio B..." and when I move my cursor over the "radio button" item the whole text is displayed.

Anybody has an idea on what controls I can use to create a similar behaviour?
