Just to note:
If you set your form Right to left to 'Yes' and that of the main menu to 'No' then when your form is loaded in its Maximum state the menu appears at LEFT, but moving the mouse over it for the first time shows another copy of the menu at RIGHT. In this time the right one is clickable and after the first click everything is fine. If at you set menu Right to left property to 'Yes" while the form's right to left is "Yes' the same thing happens and the position of the main menu and its copy are not the same and that makes the righter most letter appearing twice, again after the first click everything is ok.
