    VirtuaWallpaper Beta Testers Needed

    OK, my project is on Beta 3 already.

    VirtuaWallpaper Beta 3 (0.03)

    I really need beta testers especially in countries who do not use english standard time & date format. The program hinges on system dates and the format they are in can cause problems, however I think I have worked out the bugs (I hope).
