Hallo,
how can I create a setup file that contains all necessary file to run the VB.Net program on a computer without Framework runtime installed?
When I tried to create a setup file I only got small windows installer files which contains only the program but no runtime components so I need the Framework runtime installed on the computer I want to install the program on.
