I have a inter-company email program that i written a few years ago. All my user's love it and use it constantly.

I would like to be able to have my email program check to see if a user has an internet email account set up on his/her's computer, if so check for new internet mail every so often using a timer. Then give the user the option to open Outlook Express to read his/her mail.

Can this be done??? Could you guys/gals give me a kick start??
