Do..Loop Until - 1mil: 0.1953125
Do..Loop While - 1mil: 0.203125
Do..Loop Until - 1mil - Extra Logic: 0.359375
Do..Loop While - 1mil - Extra Logic: 0.3828125

Extra Logic simply means that there is a single If statement (empty, never actually executes the internal code) within the loop.
