hi all

i was on Windows 2000. I got a ZIP 100 USB, a optical USB Mouse and a USB Printer on my PC. My ZIP drive is plugged directly to the computer, my mouse and printer to a powered hub.

When i was booting my computer, the BIOS would say: USB Storage:ZIP 100 USB so, the BIOS was seeing my ZIP drive. When the windows 2K start-up screen would appear, all the lights on my hub would shut off and the lights on the mouse too. I didnt have any mouse in windows 2K, neither printer or ZIP drive. When the ZIP drive is unplugged, everything works good.

I installed WinXP and it was running really good when everything was plugged (Mouse, printer and ZIP). never froze. I had to uninstall it cause i need to use 3DSmax and it is not compatible with XP yet.

Why would it work with XP but not 2K? i been looking for drivers everywhere. I have the IOMega software installed, the VIA USB filter and the 4 in 1 packet installed, still doesnt work!

Any ideas?
