OK, I've just started using VS .NET and I'm a bit confused on a few of the files I need to open, or am prompted to save. I'm opening a c# project from a web server, and when I type in the url, it asks for my password, which I enter. Then an 'open project' dialogue appears. Do I open the .sln or .csproj file? Also do I open the file stored in VSWebCache folder, or the one on the server?

Sorry for being such a pain, but I don't have time at the moment to start reading documents etc.
