Ok, what my program does it hide other programs from the taskbar and screen.

It's pretty cool so far. But in addition to restoring apps when the user manually
chooses, I would also like the app (not mine) to be visible when a document is
opened that uses the program that was hidden.

Hopefully I explained clearly enough, just let me
know if any clearification is needed.
