Ok... I asked this a while back, which what appeared to be reasonable responses.

Anyways, I went for Brinkster, on the surface, they seem great, but on closer inspection I find out they don't allow, PHP, CGI, or the uploading of Zip or EXe, exactly what I need. Same thing for NetFirms.

Ok.. so the search is on again, Good, Free Webhosting, that will allow me to do the above, (PHP is needed, but u never know )
