Hi! Am trying to do a editable Ms-FlexGrid Control..

Basically, the control should be developed as an ActiveX Control and I need to use it wherever I can... I mean any of the Standard exe's..

So can any of VB Guru's willing to help me out in this to proceed.. Though I do have start up... I need myself to be pushed by the Guru G's of VB...
